Kerry Krouse

Kerry Krouse was born in Natchez, Mississippi. She received her M.F.A. from Saint Mary's College and has taught literature, writing, and collage in the Bay Area for the past decade. Kerry's poetry and book reviews have appeared in both print and online journals such as The Southern Poetry Review, The Mississippi Review, Rattle, Lumina, and Linebreak. Her work has been anthologized in Appetite: Food As Metaphor, an anthology of women poets by BOA Editions. She has received awards from The Academy of American Poets, The Anna Davidson Rosenberg Awards for Poems on the Jewish Experience, and was recently nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
