Attention all Elections Candidates, the questions will be asked during Meet the Candidates :

Questions for all Candidates:
- What position are you running for? Why do you feel it is important for you to hold that position?
- If you had one million dollars to spend on education, what would you spend it on besides professors and courses?
- Before now, in what ways have you been active at Chabot College? Do any of those activities benefit other students, and if so then how?
- What are the influences in your life and how do they contribute to your success?

Questions for Non-presidential Candidates:
- What committees do you intend to join and why?
- How will you approach an issue that is unpopular but must be done?
- How do you intend to represent the students beyond voting at Senate meetings?
- What do you hope to accomplish as a member of the student government? Why is that important to you?

Questions for Presidential Candidates
- How do you intend to lead Senators to fully represent their fellow students?
- How will you approach an issue that you personally oppose but is currently ready for discussion? In what ways will you ensure that your bias will not interfere?
- What are your goals for the student government? Why are these goals important?
- Why are you running as a presidential candidate instead of any other position when they both represent students? How will you serve students better as president than you would have in any other position?

If any candidate has a problem or complaint please let the elections committee know by submitting a Complaint Form to Room 706 by Wednesday, September 15th at Noon.
